My Experience Using Blogger's Google Search Console.
Understanding how my content performs on Google has changed dramatically since I started using Google Search Console with my Blogger blog. I connected my blog to Search Console after setting it up to get more information about search traffic, impressions, and click-through rates. Using the Blogger theme editor and the HTML tag method, ownership verification was simple. Finding out which
keywords people use to find my blog is one of the best parts of using Search Console

By updating titles, descriptions, and content based on actual search data, this helped me improve my SEO. I was able to fix pages that were not appearing in search results because the coverage section showed me any indexing issues. In addition, I submitted my sitemap to ensure that Google crawls my entire blog of blogger.com, speeding up the indexing of my posts.
Overall, Search Console gave me the tools I needed to monitor performance, find issues, and make my blog more visible. Connecting Blogger to Google Search Console, which is free, powerful, and necessary for long-term success, is a must for anyone starting out with Blogger.
What is Google Search Console?
Google Search Console is a free platform that enables you to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the appearance of your website in search results. To be included in Google Search results, you do not need to sign up for Search Console, but it can help you better understand how Google sees your website.
You can use GSC to determine which pages on your website receive the most traffic and how frequently your website appears in Google's search results.
You can see which search terms bring up your site's results and how many people click through to your blog for those terms. You can also use GSC to make sure that Google can find and crawl your website, to submit your sitemap, to fix issues with indexing, and to request that new or updated content be indexed by Google.
How to add your blog to Google Search Console
follow the below steps :
Step 1: Visit the Google Search Console
I used the same Google account I used for my Blogger blog to access Google Search Console. Google provides all information about your blog's position in search results here.
Step 2: Add the link to your blog.
I selected the URL prefix option after clicking "Add Property." The full address of my blog, such as https://ZainSEOMaster.blogspot.com, was then entered. Make sure the https:// part is included!
Step 3: Select the HTML Tag.
Alternatively Google gave me a Meta tags a line of code, to show that I actually own the blog. While there are other approaches, this one is the most effective for Blogger users.
Step 4: Copy the Meta Tag Code
I simply copied the tag that they gave me; I made no changes to it. You will need to insert this into the theme of your blog
Step 5: Go to Theme > Edit HTML
In blogger i selected Edit HTML after clicking on Theme on my Blogger dashboard. This revealed the layout-supporting code of my blog.
Step 6: Under the "head>" tag, paste the code
Here is the code which you have to attach on the Head option as below
<!-- Google tag (gtag.js) -->
<script async='async' src='https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-2PRWF3K4PK'/>
<script>
window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
gtag('js', new Date());
gtag('config', 'G-2PRWF3K4PK');
</script>
Step 7: Save and Verify
In Blogger, I hit Save after pasting. After that, I returned to Search Console and clicked the Verify button—and it worked! Google was officially connected to my blog.
Step 8: Submit Your Sitemap (Important point)
Lastly, I added this link to the Sitemaps section: https://yourblogname.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml
This makes it easier for Google to find and index all of my posts.
COCLUSION :
That's all! I was done in 10 to 15 minutes, and I can now see how well my blog is doing on Google. This should be one of your first actions if you want your blog to grow seriously. Please let me know if you would like this transformed into a Blogger-ready article with headings and formatting!
